With years of experience working with individuals and couples, I bring a compassionate, culturally aware, and holistic approach to therapy, dedicated to empowering my clients to navigate life’s challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Education and Experience:I attended The University of North Carolina at Pembroke where I received my Bachelors and my Masters. I have a B.S in Psychology as well as a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with couples, People of Color, as well as individuals looking to improve personal goals.
My Approach To Therapy:I use a Holistic Integrated Therapy Approach. Your therapy experience should be unique to you and your needs. Together we accomplish this by discussing your goals, needs and barriers to treatment, to create an individualized plan for your overall wellness.
Fun Facts About Me:I crochet in my free time. I enjoy spending time with my husband and my daughter. I love to read and my happy place is the beach.
