Individual Therapy for Adults
Individual therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs.

Couples and Relationship Therapy
Therapy focused on communication, trust, emotional connection, and navigating relationship challenges, including conflict, transitions, and repair after rupture.

Child and Adolescent Therapy
Developmentally appropriate therapy for children and teens experiencing emotional, behavioral, social, or school-related concerns. Care may include collaboration with caregivers when appropriate.

LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy
Affirming, respectful therapy for individuals and couples of all sexual orientations and gender identities.

Psychological Testing and Assessment
We provide comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, teens, and adults, including assessments for ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions. Testing services also include school-related evaluations and select forensic psychological evaluations.
