Hours are generally 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Evening hours are available on a limited basis.
Rates

My rates are subject to change, but are generally as follows:
$75 per 30 minute session: Therapy
$150 per 50 minute session: Therapy
$150 per hour: Clinical and Psychoeducational Evaluation
$250 per hour: Forensic Evaluation, Consultation, and Expert Testimony
I am happy to provide an estimate of the total cost of a proposed evaluation by telephone or email. Evaluation services are payable in full at the first appointment, and therapy services are payable at each appointment.
Reduced Fees
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Please inquire.
Insurance
Services for clinical services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

What is the coverage amount per evaluation or therapy session?

Is approval required from my primary care physician?
I am now an in-network provider for Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) of North Carolina. Please allow me to verify your mental health benefits prior to your first appointment so that I may check for preauthorization requirements or individual deductibles.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment, and payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Unpaid accounts are subject to collection.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the evaluation or treatment as booked.
