To make a payment with your credit card, just fill out the amount below and click 'Make a Payment'. You'll be taken to PayPal's Website, where you can complete the payment to me safely and securely.

You do not need a PayPal account to make a credit card payment.  Once you get to PayPal's website, note at the bottom left of the screen where it says "Don't have a PayPal account?" and click the hyperlink just underneath that says "Continue".
